Bayberry sets the mood for gatherings both big and small.  With our unique communal table setting, organic décor, exceptional American Craft beers (as well as regional wines, ciders & alternative beverages) and thoughtfully curated menu of local and sustainable ingredients we are confident we can help you put together an event unlike any other.

Bayberry has seating for approximately 100 at the communal tables, as well as occasional seating options for an additional 25. We offer both semi-private and private event options with specifications by day and time. Perfect for occasions of all scopes and sizes we look forward to the opportunity of making your event unforgettable!
 

EVENTS
We would be happy to help you create a unique menu that fits your event and budget. Whether it is a casual get together with beer and snacks, intimate gathering 

with personal selections from our menu or a large event with pre-selected items served family style we will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.We have several different event menu options as well as dining service formats.


LOCATION & PARKING
We are conveniently located on the West Side of Providence on West Fountain Street.  There is street parking in addition to lot parking across the street from Planet Fitness, up the street at 425 W. Fountain and for large events behind Bayberry in the West Fountain Lofts lot.

FULL BUY OUT GENERAL INFORMATION

Bayberry is available to be fully booked for your exclusive use. 

Reservations and Deposits
All deposits must be paid in full upon booking your event at Bayberry. A credit card number must be provided at time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable; however, it is credited toward the minimum. 

Gratuity and Tax
A 20% service charge and an 8% tax is applied to the final bill.

Menu Selections
All meal selections are required 14 days prior to the event. Please note that special dietary constraints (i.e. gluten allergy, vegetarian, vegan, etc) will be handled individually at the time of your event.  Advance notice of known dietary restrictions would be appreciated.

Music
Due to the mixed use of our building we cannot allow live music nor DJs. We do have a Sonos system you are welcome to use. All sound levels must be thoughtfully maintained; if management requests the volume to be lowered it must be done so immediately.

Furniture
Our communal tables are over 600 pounds so we do not permit moving them. All occasional seating and bar stools may be moved as desired for your event. 

Decorations
You may supply your own flowers & decorations for your event.  However, decorations cannot be affixed to the walls, doors or lighting fixtures. 

Cancellation
Bayberry allows the cancellation of events up to 7 days in advance with no penalties. Cancellation must be given to Bayberry Management.  After that time, 50% of the total rental fee will be assessed and charged to the account on file. 

Payment
All charges must be paid in full following the conclusion of your event. Bayberry accepts all major credit cards and cash for payment.
